By shipping your item to Apple Shack, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Everyday we ship out by 12pm Central Standard Time. When we receive your device, we ship it back to you within 2-3 days after our diagnostic evaluation which can take up to 48 hours. It ships immediately after the repair is complete.

The following is a list of shipping options that you can take advantage of depending on your budget.

  • FedEx Overnight provides tracking and takes one business day
  • FedEx 2-Day provides a tracking number and may take 3 to 4 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air provides a tracking number and takes one business day
  • UPS Ground provides a tracking number and takes 1 to 5 business days
  • USPS First Class does not provide tracking and takes 4 to 7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail does not provide tracking and takes 2 to 3 business days
  • USPS Express Mail provides tracking and takes 1 to 2 business days

Shipping is non refundable unless previously agreed upon by Apple Shack. The cost of shipping will be charged to your order
