We strongly recommend that you back up your device before bringing it in for service. We take reasonable care when handling devices, but we accept no liability for loss of data occurring in connection with the repair process. You are responsible for ensuring your data is backed up prior to any service.
Any turnaround time communicated is an estimate only. Repair times may vary depending on parts availability, fault complexity, and workshop capacity. We will keep you informed of progress and notify you of any significant delays.
Devices not collected within 60 days of notification of completion (or notification that repair is not possible) may be disposed of or sold to recover outstanding costs, following reasonable additional notice to you by email or phone.
Repairs carried out by Apple Shack Repair are covered by a 90-day workshop warranty against defects in the work performed and, where applicable, against component failure in parts supplied by us. This warranty does not cover:
